We have had a few warm sunny days lately. Older Germans call it “Goldener Herbst” (golden autumn), and look forward to enjoying it every year. Today I walked over to the Sichtungsgarten Weihenstephan (as the bus is once again unaffordable) before it closes to the public for the winter.
Peak fall color was a week ago.
I decided to look closely at the flowers and vegetation that remain, at their shapes and color gradients.
Most of the photos are not impressive as photos.
While preparing the photos to share, I notice things I should have photographed instead; maybe there will be time to go back next week. There is always next October.
