I spent a few hours today making a nice post for the blog my family knows about but doesn’t read to honor the one person who likes the links I post to the Book of Face.
A bright spot in the Total-Christmas-Is-Cancelled-Lockdown: there was an Iowa State Football game in German TV. Other than the moderators don’t understand that abbreviating “Iowa State” as “Iowa” is as offensive as spitting on a Koran, I really enjoy the Ran Football broadcasts. The moderators just love plain football, regardless of what teams are playing. Different from the American announcers who resent being assigned to cover Iowa State instead of some school that enjoys prestige from being good in the 20th century, and don’t care if the audience hears it in their voice.

Today I am resting my knee and making lists of all the things I have to clean before Mr Radish’s parents come over for lunch on 2. Weihnachten (Boxing Day).
