Interesting week.We were fogged in for two days; I had migraine both those days; the house we live in got a new furnace so there was a lot of noise and strangers annoying the cat. I have a brace for my knee now; it still hurts but I can walk to the market tomorrow.
I’ve been using this Bolognese recipe from ChefKoch for a few years now. For the first two years it just said Sellerie instead of Knollensellerie (celeriac) and I used Staudensellerie (stalk celery) because that’s what I know. Then it was edited, and I’ve kept going with the wrong celery because I don’t want to buy two pounds of strange and have a pound and a half leftover.
If this was a food blog I would write “and you can use it to force celery into your husband without his consent!” and all my readers would giggle and pin the video, but I hate that shit. I’m an adult, my husband is an adult, you’re all adults, Sellerie is one of the 14 food allergies that are legally required to be disclosed on menus–just enjoy honest Performance Art Cuisine from Total Lockdown.
The snow is Grana Padano. I need to see my dealer.
