UFO Report: Scrap Bag Flower Quilt FINISHED!

Lumpy yet functional, much like myself.
March 2022

And I finished it in less than four years! *brag* Then I realized there is no empty wall in our Wohnung big enough to hang and photograph a baby quilt, so please enjoy this weirdly-angled shot of my unmade bed.

The binding is my SHOFS method that would have looked really spiffy if I hadn’t run out of green fabric halfway through preparing the pieces and chosen to use half blue, instead of switching to all blue.

Too much contrast.

Lemon squeezy.

A quilt is never finished until the label is attached, and this one must age a few more years–at least seven years, kids!!!–before I can make the final label that dedicates it to its recipient. But the first, preliminary, FINISHED!!! label is on, and I can transfer this from the Stack of Unfinished Projects to the Box of Finished Projects.

I’m off to see what unfinished projects fall on my head next.
