We had an appropriate beer.

Espresso ice cream with gold crunch at a Gasthaus in a small village to the north.
It’s in the Michelin Guide, with fancy-ass modern food, but they leave a section by the bar open for the villagers to pop in for beers, cards, and a chat, as they’ve been doing for over a hundred years.
