Six days this week I woke up with a headache from the F\u00f6hn<\/a>. Five of those days I had trouble falling asleep, but then overslept and spent the last two hours having crazy intense dreams about medical bureaucracy and eco-terrorists clear-cutting state parks. And I can’t make any sense of them geographically; I rode a bus through Freising, but the receptionist who refused to accept my insurance card was wearing a sweatshirt printed with names of Iowa cities, and then I walked home through Schloss Nymphenburg\/Lustheim<\/a>, where the chainsaws were going.

TL;DR: My brain is trying to kill me, and I haven’t gotten anything done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Somehow through no fault of my own, I got tasked with liaising with the dudes who installed a new electronic doorbell system for the whole house. Always fun when they open something up and say, “Oh, even worse than we expected.”
The doorbell works now, at least.
